BCCS is Seeking a Program Coordinator for Our Hep C Program!

We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges.
What you'll do as a Program Coordinator for Hep C:
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the operation of the Project.
- Select, train, supervise, and assess/appraise approved staff positions.
- Maintain collaborator relations and agreements.
- Maintain positive relations with funding and contracting organizations/agencies.
- Plan, design, implement, evaluate, and improve the quality of project activities/services.
- Ensure adequate staffing (including mentors/coaches) for activities/services through effective recruiting and training and supervision.
- Develop quality control programs, review, evaluate, and improve the quality of services.
- Oversee the timely and proper completion of management and administrative functions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of public and community strategies.
- Implement appropriate approved policies and procedures.
- Will be driving to assist with supervision and capacity building as key personnel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed in This Role:
- Ability to conceptualize and implement proposed Project.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies, organizations, and the public.
- Thorough knowledge of Hepatitis C and intervention/treatment strategies.
- Ability to exercise effective supervision and develop and evaluate Project and staff.
- Ability to maintain positive relations with funding sources.
- Ability to speak and write effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Related Field
- REQUIRED: 3 Years Experience in a Health or Human Service Agency
- REQUIRED: 1 Year Education/Training Experience
- REQUIRED: Valid Driver’s License w/ 2 Points or Less
Pay:
- Starting at $28/hour
- Commensuration based on experience, education, and certification!
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- From 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
