Description
Establish annual profit plan objectives for the product line. Responsible for meeting top line and bottom-line objectives. Responsible for sustaining core product lines to adapt to market change or to penetrate new markets and address competitive offerings. Develop, implement, and review tactical sales plans to meet annual sales volume, price, market share and operating profit objectives. Evaluate product line cost reduction, modification, and process improvement recommendations from the manufacturing team for market acceptability. Participate as a key member of a product development team through the concept, development, implementation, and market introduction for the product or product line. Responsible for printed and electronic product literature content that includes features, benefits, and performance data. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of experience in end-to-end sourcing and supply chain strategies for product development. Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Developing business strategy, planning, and budgeting Engaging in highly technical scale Operating in a matrix environment leveraging appropriate resources Understanding of UL and NEC codes through product training and technical sales experience Market analysis and implementing strategic growth initiatives Product engineering experience with UL-rated fuses and fuseholders used in global solutions and applications Risk mitigation for UL-rated fuses and fuse holders Close collaboration with certification agencies Development of UL-rated fuses and fusible platforms Program management, including new product development initiatives and introducing new processes All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
