Description
Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Cyber Operations and SIGINT Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across full spectrum cyber operations. This is a SME-level expert fusing cyber operations analysis, Digital Network Monitoring and Analysis and signals intelligence (SIGINT) processing and analysis to support mission planning and decision-making at the joint and national level.
What you'll do:
- Processes and analyzes cyber mission data, SIGINT reporting, and threat metrics, applying findings to cyber mission parameters and recommending TTPs, task organization, technologies, and courses of action supporting CONPLAN/OPLAN development
- Applies deep technical understanding of signal characteristics across the RF and digital domains to determine compliance during the collection, processing, and retention of signals, consistent with applicable legal, policy, and USSID requirements
- Conducts analysis aligned cyber operations, including network analysis and threat actor attribution, using both traditional operations best practices AI/ML-enabled, graph-based analytic tools
- Correlates multi-domain intelligence (cyber, SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT) to produce all-source assessments supporting operational planning, and mission execution
- Provides SIGINT PED management support as a Cyberspace Operations Mission Management Coordinator, maintaining awareness of operational dataflow across cryptologic systems on service and joint platforms
- Tracks and characterizes current and emerging cyber threats using threat monitoring frameworks (APT tracking, MITRE ATT&CK, kill chain analysis)
- Maintains in-depth technical understanding of DODIN operations, digital modernization efforts, Cloud environments, Zero Trust Architecture, Mission Partner Environments (MPE), and endpoint security to inform defensive recommendations
- Coordinates with cybersecurity, SOC/IR, and information security teams to support incident response, vulnerability assessment, and defense of critical infrastructure
- Serves as SME translating complex cyber operations and intelligence workflows into technical and system requirements for engineering/development teams, validating that analytic tooling (including AI/ML and graph-based platforms) accurately supports defensive and offensive operations
- Develops SME-level papers, executive summaries, and presentations translating complex cyber/SIGINT findings for senior leadership, interagency, and coalition partners
- Develops training materials and provides hands-on training and mentorship to journeyman analysts on tradecraft, tools, and compliance procedures
- Represents the cyber operations and intelligence function in interagency and IC coordination forums, integrating cyber intelligence into tactical and strategic decision-making
Here's What You Need
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyber Operations or Cyber/SIGINT Intelligence Analyst with BA/BS, or 10 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with Ph.D., 13 years with an Associate's degree, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree with high school diploma
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Physical Science, or related technical/analytical field
- Relevant military cryptologic/signals training programs (e.g., 9141 Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 1N2A Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 451/461 Intermediate Signals Analysis, 452 Advanced Signals Analys)
Clearance Requirements
- TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
