Job Summary
The Owner Relations Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for Continental Resources’ stakeholders. This role is responsible for providing accurate information and tiered support regarding ownership, account changes, and payment inquiries. The Coordinator will create and manage tickets in SAP, ensuring proper assignment to business users for resolution. Additionally, this position requires effective communication with internal teams to clarify details and provide guidance on addressing a wide range of owner inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responds promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence from stakeholders on behalf of numerous departments
- Accurately logs all owner inquiries in SAP with detailed, owner-specific information
- Communicates owner issues that fall outside standard tracking processes to the appropriate business stakeholders
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

- Professional and courteous telephone demeanor, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service orientation, including patience and empathy when assisting frustrated callers

- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions

- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite; willingness to learn new applications and technology
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma (or GED).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service oriented role
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Familiarity with an enterprise system (SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar)
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
