At Saint Mary's Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care through excellence, compassion, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, Cardiovascular Lab to lead one of our most specialized and rapidly growing clinical service lines.
This leadership role is responsible for the operational, clinical, financial, and strategic oversight of approximately 70 FTEs across multiple cardiovascular and procedural areas, including:
Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Interventional Radiology Suite
Cardiac Rehabilitation
As a key nursing leader, the Nurse Manager will drive quality outcomes, operational excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, colleague engagement, and service line growth while fostering a culture consistent with Trinity Health's Mission and Values. This position plays a critical role in supporting the continued expansion of cardiovascular services and advancing exceptional patient-centered care.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership and daily operational management of the Cardiovascular Lab service line.
Lead and support multidisciplinary teams across Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care while meeting organizational performance goals.
Partner with physicians, directors, and executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and service line expansion.
Monitor and improve quality metrics, patient experience outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
Lead change management initiatives and support process improvement efforts utilizing performance data and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior leadership experience within cardiovascular services.
Experience in:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL)
Electrophysiology (EP)
Interventional Radiology (IR)
