Prior NICE experience is not required. We will provide training, but candidates must be willing to learn the platform and contribute to solutions built within the NICE ecosystem.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for engineers who take ownership from design through production support, embrace a "you build it, you run it" mindset, and can make sound architectural tradeoff decisions in complex environments. Successful candidates are strong collaborators who influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

  • Engage with Product Management to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products.

  • Work closely with the Architects and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Within the established architectural guidelines.

What you'll bring:

  • B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science or relevant discipline.

  • 6-10 years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.

  • Having proficiency in object oriented  language like Java

  • Good knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Microservice

  • CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins.
