The OpportunityAs a Managed Services AES Oracle - Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.
In this role, you will be part of our Application Evolution Services - Oracle within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project strategies
- Directing teams through complex projects, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams
- Making informed decisions to resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing advanced analytical thinking for strategic decision-making

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
