Production Worker / Cleaner

The pay for this position at Scotts will generally fall between $0,00 - 0,00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Cleanup in and around the plant
• Assist others in performing their duties
• Help deliver packaging to presses
• Pallet repair
• Other duties as assigned

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Work in a safe manner and display a good attitude
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of working overtime and shift work
• Capable of working in a noisy, dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willing to be trained for other jobs
• Have experience in operating a forklift, or be willing to be trained as an operator
• Able to use a wide variety of implements (broom, shovel, vacuum, etc.) to ensure cleanliness of the plant
• Must be able to use a hammer, nailgun and pry bar
• No restrictions limiting one’s ability to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment
