We are restaurant Jatapasu, looking for a passionate Independent Chef I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? **Your Responsibilities:**
\- Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
\- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
\- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
\- Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
\- Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
\- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
\- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
\- Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
