Job Description
The Nurture & Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing customer and partner engagement programs across the full customer journey. This role owns the execution of nurture programs, email communications, automated workflows, enablement campaigns, and engagement sequencing designed to move customers and partners through the funnel. Working closely with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience & Optimization, Growth Marketing, MarTech, Creative, UX/Web, and Alliance teams, this individual helps ensure customers receive the right experience, content, and engagement across touchpoints. The role collaborates on journey design and optimization while owning execution of email programs, nurture sequencing, partner communications, and enablement activities that support awareness, engagement, consideration, conversion, retention, and advocacy objectives.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
