About Très LA Group
Très LA Group is a hospitality company built around creating thoughtful, memorable experiences through exceptional food, service, and design. Our portfolio spans corporate dining, catering, events, and distinctive venues, all connected by a shared commitment to hospitality and attention to detail.
At the heart of our approach are our signature TNTs — Tiny Noticeable Touches: the thoughtful details that transform great service into an exceptional experience. Within our corporate dining division, we bring that philosophy into the workplace by creating welcoming, high-quality dining experiences tailored to the culture and needs of each client and community we serve.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Front-of-House (FOH) Manager to lead the daily FOH operations of a high-volume corporate dining café.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, develops strong teams, and knows how to create an organized, welcoming, and consistently excellent guest experience. You’ll lead the FOH team, partner closely with culinary and management teams, and ensure that service, safety, presentation, and daily operations meet our standards.
Flexibility to support multiple café locations may occasionally be required.
What We Offer
- $75,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday schedule — no nights or weekends!
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 12 paid holidays off
- Paid sick leave
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
- Life insurance (company sponsored)
- Complimentary meals during your shift
- Free on-site parking
- Access to complimentary gym membership
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Front of House team
- Set the standard for warm, polished, and attentive hospitality
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Create weekly FOH schedules and manage daily staffing needs
- Conduct pre-service and ongoing quality checks of stations, displays, beverages, and FOH-prepared items
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution between FOH and BOH
- Participate in menu meetings and coordinate weekly menus and café signage
- Ensure accurate allergen, ingredient, and menu information is communicated to guests
- Lead ongoing training around food safety, HACCP, allergens, workplace safety, and operational standards
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance conversations
- Partner with Talent/HR on recruiting, onboarding, and developing FOH team members
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, and employment requirements
- Monitor operational systems, reporting, and daily meal-count data for accuracy
- Oversee FOH inventory, supplies, equipment, and ordering needs
- Identify and quickly resolve service, equipment, cleanliness, and operational concerns
- Support sustainability initiatives and responsible operating practices
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the overall guest experience
What You Bring
- 7+ years of hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or comparable management role
- Experience in corporate dining is a HUGE PLUS!
- Experience managing teams in high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or café
- Strong understanding of food service operations, food safety, allergens, and sanitation standards
- A genuine hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional service
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital operational tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a related field preferred
Requirements
- Current California Food Protection Manager certification or ability to obtain required certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
