Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-performing Area Culinary Director to oversee culinary operations, menu strategy, and financial management across two locations in Delaware.

In this role, you will bridge executive vision and kitchen execution, ensuring consistent culinary standards, food safety compliance, tight cost control, and team development at both sites. You will combine high-level culinary execution with proven multi-unit operational leadership.
