Our CGO Team is looking for a talented and ambitious new Group Digital Marketing and Media Director F/M to join our team. This is a highly strategic leadership position, at the heart of how Lyreco engages customers and drives performance across every market.
Reporting directly to the Group Marketing & Digital Director (position n-1 vs. CGO), you will oversee all marketing campaigns across every channel, and manage paid media investments and execution for the Group. This is a highly strategic role that requires strong stakeholder management across markets and at senior management level, as well as strategic leadership in managing the Group's key media and digital agencies.

WHAT WE OFFER
Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Group Marketing & Digital Director (position n-1 vs. CGO), you will oversee all marketing campaigns across every channel, and manage paid media investments and execution for the Group. This is a highly strategic role that requires strong stakeholder management across markets and at senior management level, as well as strategic leadership in managing the Group's key media and digital agencies.
Your Missions:
Define Omnichannel Marketing & Media Strategy
Act as a strategic partner to the Group Marketing & Digital Director and senior leadership in shaping the Group's media and digital strategy
Define digital & media marketing vision and priorities, channel mix, and investment guidelines
Define the global media strategy for offline and online media, and set budget allocation and media plan frameworks
Own Paid, Earned, Social, Owned campaign briefs as a key strategic deliverable
Own campaign material and launch planning, including media plans and retail media.
Build Digital Marketing Skills within company
Build new Central team on Media & Digital marketing
Develop team vision
Ensure marketing teams are regularly upskilled on new media & digital marketing topics
Media Execution & Performance
Select and manage media agencies
Validate media plans for digital performance marketing and branding campaigns
Manage Paid, Earned, Social, Owned social, digital, and CRM always-on performance marketing campaigns across subsidiaries
Coordinate with subsidiaries on all other marketing campaigns
Set the performance measurement framework and monitor campaign performance
Align global and local teams on media governance, campaign execution framework, and standards
Manage international Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for international accounts and support local initiatives
Own agency contracts, paid media guidelines, prioritized accounts, ABM content production plans, and the media and campaign performance measurement framework
Own acquisition, nurturing, and retention strategy playbooks
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management and Group leadership on media and digital investment priorities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across markets, subsidiaries, and functions to secure alignment and buy-in on media strategy
Represent the media and digital function within senior leadership and cross-functional governance forums
Strategic Agency Leadership
Lead the selection, contracting, and strategic management of the Group's key media and digital agencies.
Own strategic agency relationships as a key lever for performance, ensuring high-impact execution, cost efficiency, and consistent standards across markets
Act as the primary strategic point of contact and escalation for agency performance and direction
YOUR PROFILE :
Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital, or Business
10 to 15+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or media management, including proven experience at Director level
Demonstrated track record in defining and executing omnichannel marketing and media strategies at scale
Strong expertise in paid media management, agency oversight, and budget allocation across Paid, Earned, Social, Owned channels
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, digital campaign management, and CRM-driven always-on marketing
Proven experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) for international or key accounts
Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable setting and monitoring performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
Proven ability to align global and local teams on campaign execution frameworks and governance standards
Experience developing acquisition, nurturing, and retention strategies and playbooks
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and align senior leadership, subsidiaries, and external partners across multiple markets
Extensive experience managing strategic media and digital agencies, with strong commercial judgment and the ability to drive agency performance
Demonstrated credibility operating at senior leadership level, able to represent and defend the media and digital agenda among Group and Executive Committee stakeholders
Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of upskilling and developing marketing teams
International experience in a matrix organization
Energetic, structured, and results-oriented – capable of balancing strategic media planning with hands-on execution
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset
Based in Brussels with business trip to Valenciennes
