Key Responsibilities:
- OTC System Management:
- Implement, and maintain OTC generation and validation systems.
- Monitor the performance and security of OTC delivery channels (SMS, email, authenticator apps, etc.).
- Ensure high availability and low latency of OTC services.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure OTC systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g. RBI guidelines).
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of OTC infrastructure.
- User Experience & Support:
- Work with product and UX teams to ensure seamless user experience during authentication.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for OTC-related issues and escalations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of OTC workflows, configurations, and incident logs.
- Generate reports on usage, failures, and fraud attempts for management review.
