About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract the talent behind some of Neurocrine’s most critical scientific, clinical and development work. As a Senior Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles across Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Clinical Operations, Drug Safety, Analytics & Data Sciences, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Quality and Regulatory. You will partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders and HR Business Partners to develop thoughtful search strategies, build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who combines strong sourcing and execution with innovative talent advisory thinking, and who is comfortable leveraging recruiting technology, including Workday Recruiting and enterprise AI tools to improve how we identify and engage talent._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Develop research and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements. Define, refine, execute and communicate search strategies
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop a full spectrum of sourcing strategies for all hiring needs
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, and raise the bar with regards to positive candidate experience
Provide ideas to help the HR team to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Source active and passive candidates from online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
Lead and/or participate in projects that elevate HR/TA processes
Lead or support other projects such as branding initiatives, social media, system upgrades, process improvements
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications AND 4+ years of recruiting experience in the Life Sciences OR
Master’s degree AND 2+ years of related experience
Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish work
Has strong understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas
Proficient with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area
Ability to work as part of a team; may train lower levels.
Excellent computer skills
Strong communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills.
Detail oriented yet can see broader picture for department.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $97,000.00-$133,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
