Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading a team who support the successful design, financial management and administration of mid-size to large-scale products and programs, ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of Enablement consultants, collaborating across the organization to align efforts and achieve results, and driving engagement and adoption of horizontal Academy tools, processes, and deliverables. Job expectations include managing project resourcing and learning plan budgets.
This role will directly support Onboarding and Immersive Learning Capabilities across The Academy.
This job is responsible for leading and supporting scalable, complex learning initiatives that impact enterprise audiences and/or meet Line of Business specific learning objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities to improve learner outcomes, supporting technology-enabled learning environments, enabling learning solutions, and partnering with internal and external third parties to deliver scalable learning experiences. Job expectations include managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, consulting, influencing across teams, enabling third party solutions, and contributing to the evolution of immersive learning and onboarding capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Partners with Academy leaders, Learning Consultants, technology teams, and Line of Business stakeholders to align immersive learning solutions to business objectives.
Oversees the integration and sustainment of immersive learning environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned with learner needs.
Serves as a primary liaison with third-party vendors and strategic partners to enable new capabilities, manage implementations, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
Conducts analysis of learner, business, and operational data to develop recommendations and business cases for future immersive learning investments.
Manages the inter- and intra-Academy productivity tools and provides internal capability for production of Academy resources and materials
Leads meetings and captures key outcomes and actions, while monitoring and managing feedback and issue escalations
Oversees and provides input on project management activities for Academy projects and initiatives
Identifies opportunities for process improvements in partnership with Academy teammates and Line of business partners
Enables and manages program design and execution across the Academy, ensuring completeness and accuracy of outputs
Provides oversight and integration of key Academy initiatives including regulatory, vendor management, and governance routines
Required Qualifications:
Experience leading complex learning, onboarding, technology, or innovation initiatives with broad scope and impact.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and levels of leadership.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and reinforce the bank's risk culture.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and coordinating delivery across internal and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience working within large-scale enterprise learning organizations.
Technology enablement experience with secure by design practices for onboarding and ongoing annual application management disciplines
