Job Description

Global Media Liaison

We are hiring a Global Media Liaison to join our media team and act as the connection between local market expertise and global stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to play a highly visible role, shaping how market insights, campaign performance and innovative thinking are shared across an international network. You'll bring together people, data and ideas to help teams make better decisions, elevate great work and create stronger collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for global media requests, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Connect local market teams with global stakeholders, sharing insights, campaign learnings and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with planning and activation teams to understand live campaign activity and business priorities.
  • Identify and promote standout work, helping to shape wider network thinking and best practice.
  • Analyse data and performance insights to answer business questions and support strategic planning.
  • Partner with colleagues across multiple markets to implement new processes, projects and ways of working.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams, creating alignment, sharing knowledge and encouraging collaboration.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience within a media agency environment across planning, activation, digital, data or integrated media disciplines.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing several priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions.
  • Curiosity about the evolving media landscape and enthusiasm for identifying new opportunities.
  • Understanding of media planning, campaign performance and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to ongoing work.
