Training Coordinator (Technical) - Afungi

Technical coordination of trainers, training content, assessments, workshops, equipment, and quality assurance.

Specific Requirements

• Technical or higher education qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Welding, or a related field;

• Minimum of six years of technical experience;

• Proven experience in training and coordinating technical trainers;

• Type A Pedagogical Training of Trainers Certificate, issued or recognised by the Instituto Dom Bosco;

• Experience in managing workshops, equipment, materials, and practical assessments;

• Knowledge of quality management systems and HSE;

• Technical English is mandatory.

• Proven experience in the position;

• Availability to work in Afungi on a permanent or rotational basis;

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;

• Strict compliance with HSE and project safety procedures;

• Ability to provide certificates, professional references, and supporting documents confirming experience;

• Adequate computer skills relevant to the position;

• Fluent communication in Portuguese;

• Knowledge of English is preferred;

• Availability to participate in induction, training, and mobilisation processes;

• Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate when requested.
