  • Full-time (100% FTE), permanent position.

  • Base salary will be in the range $85,452 - $94,984 + 17% super (HEW Level 5).

  • Based at our Herston location.

About This Opportunity

Join a purposeful and collaborative team helping to create change together across one of Australia’s leading universities. The Administration Officer plays an important role in supporting the effective and efficient operation of the Faculty Health Partnerships function, contributing to the end-to-end administration of joint appointments between the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences and its Partnering Organisations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure partnership activities are managed accurately, compliantly and efficiently, enabling sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships that create positive impact for our workforce and Partnering Organisations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support and coordination for the Faculty Health Partnerships function.

  • Maintaining accurate records relating to partners, agreements, financial arrangements, reports and operational processes.

  • Coordinating approvals, variations and lifecycle administration activities for partnership arrangements, including financial administration and monitoring.

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant and accurate processing of partnership-related activities.

About You

  • A degree or diploma with subsequent relevant experience in general or financial administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support, including financial and general administration activities.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy across multiple administrative processes.

  • Proven organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience working collaboratively as an effective member of a busy and service-oriented team environment.

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of university administrative systems, policies and procedures, or the capability to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
