Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate workshops and provide process recommendations aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support data migration, user training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP PM consulting experience.
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end SAP PM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and asset management processes.
- Experience integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
