Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring a Junior Sales Representative. This role serves as a sales associate in training, providing hands-on experience across business development and field sales with a clear path into an Outside Sales Representative role. You will support our sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and joining client calls and meetings. Make $60k at plan in your first year!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients.
- Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives.
- Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management.
- Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands-on learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- No sales experience required, but having some exposure is an asset.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in growing into an outside sales role.
- Ability to meet goals while collaborating with the marketing and sales team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
