Job Summary:
Coordinates the administration and delivery of craft training, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs across assigned locations. Supports training operations by organizing schedules, registrations, records, communications, and logistics to ensure training activities are delivered efficiently. Maintains training documentation and reporting while serving as a resource for participants, instructors, and business partners. Contributes to consistent training experiences that support workforce readiness and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates training schedules, registrations, communications, and logistical arrangements for craft training, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs.
Maintains training records, certification documentation, participant information, and related data within learning management and workforce tracking systems.
Supports instructors, participants, and business partners by responding to training inquiries and coordinating program-related communications.
Prepares training materials, classroom resources, equipment, and facilities to support program delivery.
Tracks training participation, completion status, and required documentation and prepares routine reports to support compliance and operational planning.
Coordinates administrative activities associated with apprenticeship programs, including maintaining records with applicable regulatory and industry organizations.
Assists with continuous improvement initiatives by supporting updates to training materials, processes, and program documentation.

Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, workforce development, education administration, or a related field required.
Experience supporting apprenticeship, construction, skilled trades, or workforce development programs preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$52,800.00- $105,300.00
