WORK HOURS:  Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

The Production Scheduling Analyst II supports the effective execution of production scheduling activities by maintaining accurate order and plant data, resolving scheduling issues, and monitoring factory load. This role partners with Production Scheduling and Production Support to ensure order components are scheduled correctly, delayed orders are followed up on, and timely status updates are provided to internal stakeholders. 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Complete and maintain plant and item setups to support accurate production scheduling. 

  • Process and communicate order transfers, changes, and scheduling updates across factories. 

  • Review order components, including braid and lettering, to ensure they schedule correctly and resolve issues as needed. 

  • Assist with plant and style pay-rate and billing processes. 

  • Monitor factory load and identify scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and delayed orders for follow-up. 

  • Provide timely status updates in response to production-order inquiries. 

  • Maintain accurate data and support departmental projects and other production scheduling or production support activities as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, customer-service orientation. 

  • Reliable attendance and positive, professional interactions with co-workers and business partners. 

  • High attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset. 

  • Self-motivated with demonstrated time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience with PLM, AS400, and/or SAP is preferred. 

EDUCAITON/EXPERIENCE  

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred. 

  • Three or more years of administrative support, production scheduling, order management, or related operations experience. 

  • Experience with production order management systems required. 

 

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment 

This job operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. The role may occasionally require filing and the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend, or stand on a stool.
