Job Purpose
The People Organization is seeking an intern to help explore how principles from Behavioral Science can be applied to improve employee experiences, product adoption, change adoption, and self-service utilization of People Org. product and services.
This is an internship designed to test whether behavioral science techniques such as social norms, nudges, framing, choice architecture, simplification, and reinforcement can help employees more effectively engage with People Organization products, services, and programs.
The intern will work with People Org teams to design small-scale experiments, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Research behavioral science concepts and identify practical workplace applications
Support the design of employee adoption and engagement experiments
Analyze employee behavior patterns and adoption metrics
Develop recommendations to improve utilization of People Organization products and services
Help design employee communications informed by behavioral science principles
Measure effectiveness of interventions and document lessons learned
Partner with People Organization leaders to identify opportunities for experimentation
Create presentations and summaries of findings and recommendations
What success looks like: Drive measurable business outcomes through behavioral science experimentation, resulting in actionable recommendations, improved employee adoption and engagement, and a scalable framework for future initiatives.

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science or Behavioral Economics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity about human behavior and decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Coursework in behavioral science, experimentation, statistics, or research methods
Experience working with data and insights
Interest in Employee Experience, HR, AI adoption, or organizational change
