That’s why hiring thoughtful and inspiring Team Members and Leaders who understand that our people, collaboration, stellar service, and respect for nature are so important to us.

About the Role...

The Global Brand Marketing Manager will support the Brand Marketing team across Starwood Hotels’ global portfolio of 1 Hotels, Treehouse Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels, owning the operating layer of the marketing function while supporting the development and execution of global brand marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for reporting, field connectivity, campaign and promotional planning, and project management that keep initiatives moving and create capacity for senior leadership to focus on strategy.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a key connector between corporate marketing and property teams, helping translate global brand and marketing priorities into organized execution and clear visibility. This person should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing across multiple stakeholders, brands, markets, and workstreams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own recurring marketing reporting and dashboards, including monthly, quarterly, campaign, programming, partnership, and openings-related performance summaries.
  • Synthesize data and updates into clear, actionable readouts, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and next steps for leadership.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for field marketing communication, helping maintain regular connectivity with Directors of Marketing and property-level stakeholders across the global portfolio.
  • Coordinate status updates, follow-ups, and information flow between corporate marketing and the field.
  • Develop, coordinate, and communicate marketing materials, toolkits, guidelines, and resources for property marketing teams to support global campaigns, promotions, programming, and key brand initiatives.
  • Maintain the global marketing and promotional calendar across 1 Hotels, Treehouse Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels & Residences, coordinating key campaign, promotional, programming, partnership, and planning dates and communicating critical deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, helping translate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across corporate and property teams.
  • Support openings and major initiatives through project management, timeline development, workback schedules, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage executional follow-through for selected programming and partnership initiatives, including calendars, approvals, deliverables, and post-program recaps.
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, meeting materials, recaps, and planning documents to support decision-making and alignment.
  • Maintain planning tools, trackers, calendars, and process documents to improve visibility and reduce ad hoc work.
  • Identify recurring field needs, common issues, and process gaps, escalating strategic themes and patterns to the Global Marketing Director.
  • Help build repeatable ways of working across brands and properties, including templates, intake processes, and communication cadences.
  • Support coordination across internal partners including brand, creative, social, communications, digital, and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, with growing ownership over global integrated marketing operations.

About You

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, field marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and translating broader brand strategies into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and translating data into concise, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, recaps, marketing materials, and status updates.
  • Comfort working across both strategic and executional tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build productive relationships across corporate and field teams.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands while understanding and maintaining distinct brand positioning, audiences, and priorities.
  • Hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or multi-unit brand experience preferred.

Success in this role will look like:

  • Leadership has clear, timely visibility into performance, priorities, and risks.
  • Field communication is more organized, responsive, and consistent.
  • Global campaigns and initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively translated for execution across properties and brands.
  • Openings and major initiatives are better coordinated and less dependent on senior leaders for day-to-day management.
  • Properties have the tools, timelines, materials, and information they need to execute against global marketing priorities.
  • Processes, reporting, and planning tools reduce noise and improve team efficiency.

Salary: $85,000
