About the Role & Your Growth Trajectory

We are building a global center of excellence in Digital Identity and KYC—and we are looking for a Mid Product Analyst to take ownership of how we integrate, document, and optimize identity products.

You don't need a decade of Fintech experience, but you do bring a strong analytical foundation, technical fluency, and a sharp eye for product quality. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Head of Product and top domain veterans, taking full responsibility for turning complex provider architectures and market requirements into crystal-clear specifications.

We operate as an AI-first team. We encourage you to use modern AI tools (Claude, LLMs) as a force multiplier—automating repetitive tasks, accelerating research, and drafting documentation so you can focus on high-level problem solving, product strategy, and user experience.

What You Will Learn & Do Alongside Our Experts

• Master the Identity Domain: Work closely with our KYC/AML experts to understand global verification methods (e-IDs, biometrics, document checks) and learn how complex integration logic works at scale.
• Gather & Structure Requirements: Collaborate with providers, Sales, and R&D to understand integration needs. You'll take raw inputs, partner API docs, and team discussions, turning them into clear specifications and simple data flows.
• Supercharge Productivity with AI: Use AI tools to digest heavy provider API docs, draft initial specification outlines, and speed up research—leaving you more time to think rather than type.
• Keep Docs Fresh & Useful: Build and maintain internal knowledge bases (Notion) and help refine external API docs so engineers and clients always have clear guidance.
• Connect the Dots: Act as the connective bridge between Product, Tehcnology, and Sales to make sure everyone is aligned on what we're delivering.

What We Look For

• Identity Touchpoint: You have had some prior exposure or hands-on contact with Digital Identity, KYC, AML, e-ID, or user verification (e.g., in a support, operations, junior analysis, or tech-adjacent role).
• API Familiarity: You understand what an API is, have a basic grasp of REST/JSON concepts, and aren't afraid to look at technical integration docs.
• Strong Business Communication: You communicate clearly, articulate ideas logically, and feel comfortable talking to both developers and business stakeholders.
• Fast Learner & Curious Mind: You absorb new concepts quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and love figuring out "how things work under the hood."
• Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Polish is strictly required (min. C1 level for English to work with global provider docs).

Nice-to-Have (Not dealbreakers!)

• Any experience with tools like Postman, SQL, Jira, Notion, or diagramming tools (Miro, Figma, Lucidchart).
• Prior exposure to a SaaS, Fintech, or startup environment.
