Why this is an exciting opportunity
We’re looking for a permanent Product Enablement Lead to help shape how our product teams work, collaborate and deliver across myhub, Engage and myprosperity. This role sits at the heart of product success, creating the frameworks, documentation, reporting rhythms and shared ways of working that help teams move with greater clarity and confidence.
You’ll be ideal for this role if you love bringing structure to complexity, creating practical tools that people actually use, and finding smarter ways for teams to share knowledge, reduce admin and turn product strategy into meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and maintain shared templates, reporting rhythms and reusable assets that help the product team work more consistently and support a sustainable operating model.
- Own and improve the documentation framework across the portfolio, including product guides, discovery artefacts, release updates, content standards and user-facing materials.
- Partner with Product Managers to design reusable templates and standards for discovery, documentation, stakeholder reporting, roadmap updates and product communications.
- Support roadmap hygiene and consistency in Productboard, ensuring opportunities, priorities and updates are clear, current and easy for different audiences to understand.
- Help ensure important context, including product intent, trade-offs and decision rationale, is captured and carried through from discovery into delivery.
- Contribute to a repeatable discovery practice across framing, research, synthesis and validation as the product portfolio continues to grow.
- Improve workflows, tool use and shared artefacts to reduce avoidable coordination and administrative effort across Product, UX and delivery teams.
- Help optimise product enablement tools such as Figma, Dovetail, Confluence and Productboard to support speed, consistency and shared understanding.
- Coach and enable Product Managers, designers and engineers to adopt templates, standards and tools that improve the way the team works.
- Work with the CX Designer, SMEs and Customer Success team to ensure product copy, collateral and support materials are consistent, scalable and customer-focused.
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in Product Operations, Product Enablement, Product Management, Customer Experience, Knowledge Management or a similar discipline.
- Experience building scalable frameworks for documentation, knowledge systems, reporting and ways of working that teams genuinely value and use.
- Strong written communication and information design skills, with the ability to create documentation that is clear, engaging, visually intuitive and easy to navigate.
- A customer experience mindset, with the ability to design solutions that support both internal teams and end customers.
- A pragmatic approach to process, knowing when structure adds value and when simplicity is the better solution.
- Confidence working across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- A keen interest in how AI can improve knowledge sharing, reduce administrative overhead, surface insights and help teams work smarter.
- Curiosity about emerging product enablement practices, tools and technologies, with a willingness to experiment and find better ways of working.
- Strong attention to detail, balanced with a commercial and outcome-focused mindset.
- A natural ability to bring order to complexity and create clarity in fast-moving, evolving environments.
