We're looking for a passionate, people-focused Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you'll lead from the front-working alongside your team, creating a positive donor experience, and helping ensure every blood drive runs safely, smoothly, and successfully.

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses

Days and Hours: Varied to include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends based on when blood drives are scheduled

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important role in building a team that wins together. You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative, high-energy environment
  • Motivate and engage your team while fostering accountability and teamwork
  • Help create a welcoming, positive, and exceptional experience for our volunteer blood donors
  • Perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibility
  • Follow and perform all duties in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead by example while supporting your team in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate service
  • Travel to different blood drive locations and enjoy a workday that is rarely the same twice

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is confident, compassionate, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience
  • Healthcare or medical experience required
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Willingness to drive coach vehicles
  • Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations
  • Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.
