As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while collaborating with a reliable, agile, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and responding public service personnel while supporting a welcoming and orderly property environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
