Level 5 – RDE Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance & Accounting Role Type - RDE Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance & Accounting Role Title - Senior RDE Techno-Functional Finance Consultant / Finance Transformation Lead Reinvention Deployment Engineering (RDE) is an approach used by Accenture to reimagine and accelerate the delivery of engineering and R&D solutions. It focuses on combining human expertise with AI-driven agents to enhance innovation velocity, streamline processes, and reduce time to market for products and services. RDE emphasizes a value-driven mindset, where humans define objectives and ethical guardrails while AI agents handle scale, speed, and data-driven execution. Role Purpose The Senior Techno-Functional Finance Consultant will provide strategic leadership across Finance Operations transformation initiatives, serving as the key bridge between finance business stakeholders and AI solution teams. The role requires deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), FP&A, and enterprise finance transformation, while leading the design and adoption of Agentic AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. Primary Focus Enterprise Finance Transformation, PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A modernization, finance operating model design, Agentic AI strategy, intelligent automation, finance analytics, and AI-driven decision support solutions Must Have Experience • Led large-scale Finance Transformation programs across PTP, OTC, RTR, and FP&A functions. • Defined and implemented AI-enabled finance operating models, intelligent automation strategies, and enterprise process transformation initiatives. • Extensive client advisory and stakeholder management experience within Finance Operations and Shared Services environments.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives across PTP, OTC, RTR, and FP&A functions. • Define strategic roadmaps for deploying Agentic AI, automation, and decision intelligence across finance operations. • Translate complex finance business requirements into scalable AI-enabled workflows, operating models, and transformation programs. • Drive finance process optimization across invoice processing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Establish governance frameworks for process controls, exception handling, compliance, financial accuracy, and business rule management. • Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities to improve finance productivity, operational efficiency, and business insights. • Collaborate with RDE leadership, technical architects, and POD teams to ensure finance requirements are effectively translated into enterprise AI solutions. • Engage with senior client stakeholders and finance executives to shape transformation strategies, solution roadmaps, and value realization plans. • Mentor finance consultants and transformation teams while promoting innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement.
