As MB2 Dental's growth continues at an impressive pace, our Onboarding Team is expanding to match this trajectory and provide unwavering support.We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented onboarding specialist to join our team and guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.

- Initiate the onboarding process for new hires across the U.S., providing support and ensuring completion of necessary onboarding paperwork
- Guide new hires through the I-9 process, securing all required documentation in a timely manner
- Verify dental licensure and dental board requirements for clinical staff
- Accurately input new hire information into our HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as state and federal legal requirements
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations teams to coordinate onboarding activities and progress
- Audit and maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal regulations related to onboarding and employment verification
- Contribute to the development of onboarding frameworks to support organizational growth
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and data security
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Employee Onboarding or Human Resources experience is required
- Familiarity with multi-state employment practices and labor law requirements preferred.
- Experience navigating and reporting through an HR/Payroll system, preferably Paycom
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Collaborative and curious, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
- Polished and professional presentation and communication style
