Description
This is an on-call, event-based position with hours that vary based on banquet and event business. Banquet Bartenders must maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and are expected to regularly pick up available shifts to remain active on the banquet roster. Consistent availability, dependable attendance, and the ability to work scheduled events as needed are essential, as weekly hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on business needs.
All Banquet Bartenders must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification/License and a valid BASSET Certification in accordance with applicable state and local regulations and within the required timeframe after hire.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A few months of related experience or training.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations).
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
