We are Hiring in our production Facilities in Izmir!
Production Technician
What You'll Do:
· Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas.
· Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by ensuring accurate material handling and inventory movement.
· Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
· Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming materials according to warehouse procedures.
· Prepare and stage materials for production, shipment, or internal transfers.
· Support inventory counting activities and ensure inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse locations.
· Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards in accordance with safety requirements.
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while performing material handling activities.
· Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Education:
- Technical education, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred.
What You Need:
- 4 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- English language is a plus
- Valid Forklift Operator License/Certificate.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry).
- Ability to lift up to 22,67 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, warehouse systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts when required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
