a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will be a Data Analytics Trainee for
the Communications & Public Policy team, contributing actively to the
development of state-of-the-art data solutions. You will act as a consultant to
several stakeholders, partnering with counterparts across different areas to
translate business needs into fact-based solutions. Data Analysis & Storytelling : Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and
correlations, using storytelling to share your insights with non-technical
stakeholders Data Visualization : Create powerful visualizations to support targeted projects and overall
strategic initiatives Dashboard Development : Develop sustainable self-service data solutions
such as dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making Application Support & Maintenance : Handle existing solutions, namely by
troubleshooting and bug-fixing; Enhance and maintain features throughout the
life cycle, enabling and supporting end-users, as well as managing involved
stakeholders and relevant communication flows Data Consulting & Training : Provide consultancy and training on data-related
matters Continuous Improvement : Trend-scout regularly to ensure our solutions
portfolio is up-to-date, efficient, and adjusted to the requirements Decision Support & Analytics : Support Communications & Public Policy as
well as business in taking better, faster, fact-based decisions, driving our
digital transformation further Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are
proactive, result-oriented, and have a structured and self-driven working
style. You have strong analytical skills
combined with the ability to develop user-friendly Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
to support decision-makers. Education : A degree in
Business Administration, Communication Science, Information Technology, or a
similar field Data Analytics
Knowledge : Knowledge and
understanding of reporting solutions and data analysis processes, as well as an
eye for identifying trends and visualizing data to build value-add solutions Tools : BI software proficiency in data flows and visualization tools, preferably Tableau Communication
Skills : Excellent communication skills that allow you to build and leverage solid relationships and cooperate with different stakeholders Analytical
Mindset : Analytical and
conceptual skills, combined with hands-on spirit and outstanding planning
capacity Languages : Fluency in
