Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, process documentation, and operational projects.

  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care and professionalism.

  • Maintain a high standard of regulatory awareness including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.

  • Participate in team meetings, training activities, and professional development opportunities.

Required Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new concepts.

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous internship, work experience, volunteer experience, or leadership involvement in a campus organization.
