About our team

Our team serves as a regional centre of excellence that provides technical advisory to clients across Europe, with an expanding influence on a global level. We work closely with our clients to assess and optimise their financial crime monitoring systems, ultimately helping them in the prevention of Financial Crime. Specifically in the domain of Sanctions, we advise our clients in detecting and preventing Sanctions violations by assessing, optimizing, and implementing their Sanctions screening systems, as well as providing consulting support during the remediation of findings raised by financial regulators. We have also developed (and currently developing / expanding) a series of cloud-based applications that act as accelerators for producing our results and are an integral part of our everyday project work.

Job description & summary

• Assess, Review and Optimise our clients' Sanctions screening systems.
• Consult our clients during their remediation phases to support them in resolving their Sanctions screening framework gaps, as addressed by the financial regulators.
• Analyse and explore sets of data related to the systems’ performance, identify relevant findings, and convert them into actionable compliance recommendations to strengthen Sanctions screening processes.
• Support multi-year system implementation projects.
• Develop and expand your skillset in the field of Sanctions and foundational Data Analytics.

What matters to us

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field
• Experience in sanctions compliance, sanctions screening, financial crime prevention, due diligence, banking, insurance, or finance
• Proficiency in English at a C1-C2 level.
• Eagerness to understand and visualise data
• Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and be challenged
• Confidence in communication and presentation skills, and a strong team member

• Familiarity with technology tools like Python and SQL is highly advantageous
• Some experience in client-oriented consulting roles is highly beneficial
