Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and structuring the data for the application to ensure optimal performance and usability. This role includes modeling and designing the data architecture, focusing on how data is stored and integrated across various systems. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and ensuring that the application s data framework supports both current and future business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing scalable data architectures.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods to support complex application environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data flows to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
