What You Will Be Working On
- Coordinate structural steel and modular fabrication projects.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Utilize Tekla PowerFab to track materials, fabrication progress, and project status.
- Coordinate procurement activities, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries.
- Manage subcontractor communication, scheduling, and performance.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
- Support project reporting, meetings, and client communications.
- Assist with material planning, fabrication sequencing, and module assembly activities.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in structural steel, modular fabrication, or industrial construction.
- Proficiency with Tekla PowerFab is required.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management.
- Knowledge of RFI, submittal, and change order processes.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
- Structural steel fabrication.
- Modular construction or module assembly.
- Industrial, oil & gas, mining, energy, or data center projects.
- Tekla Structures experience is considered an asset.
