Business Banking Wealth and Insurance (BWI) Technology delivers and supports the technology capabilities that enable the business to serve customers, operate efficiently, manage risk, and drive growth. The team partners closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineers, operations teams, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives, modernize platforms, improve operational performance, and maintain a stable, secure, and resilient technology environment.

As a member of this team, you will play a highly visible leadership role, coordinating complex work across multiple stakeholder groups while helping drive accountability, risk mitigation, and executive decision-making. You will have the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes, improve delivery confidence, and ensure critical security and resiliency commitments remain on track. 

Job Details – What You'll Do

As the BWI Security & Resiliency Lead, you will serve as the central coordinator and execution leader responsible for driving delivery oversight, governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications across a portfolio of security and resiliency initiatives.

You will help bring structure, transparency, and momentum to complex cross-functional programs while ensuring leaders have clear visibility into commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and overall delivery health.

Drive Integrated Delivery Management

• Build and maintain consolidated delivery plans, milestones, commitments, dependencies, and timelines across multiple security and resiliency workstreams.
• Monitor execution health and proactively identify gaps, delays, and emerging risks.
• Partners with accountable leaders to ensure commitments are realistic, achievable, and actively managed.
• Drive timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding actions and concerns.

Lead & Own Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

• Establish and maintain centralized tracking of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and impediments.
• Identify delivery, operational, technical, compliance, and governance risks early.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalation strategies to address threats to delivery success.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into critical risks and recommended actions.

Coordinate Security and Resiliency Initiatives

• Provide BWI ownership and coordination across key security and resiliency domains.
• Ensure stakeholders understand priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor progress and remove obstacles impacting successful execution.

Deliver Executive Governance and Reporting

• Prepare concise, executive-ready status updates and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Distill complex technical and operational information into actionable insights and decision points.
• Establish and manage governance forums that drive accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, commitments, risks, and delivery confidence.

Build Strong Stakeholder Partnerships

• Act as a trusted partner to technology leaders, business leaders, control functions, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and issue resolution across organizational boundaries.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and proactive communication.

Drive Communication Excellence

• Lead regular communications to leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Produce clear updates highlighting accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions, and required actions.
• Ensure communications are concise, audience-appropriate, and focused on outcomes and accountability.

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days a week in office

Required

• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology, security, risk, resiliency, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong program and delivery management experience, including governance, milestone management, dependency coordination, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and impediments in complex delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively to executive audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple teams and senior leadership groups.
• Experience developing governance structures, reporting frameworks, and accountability mechanisms that support successful delivery.
• 7+ years audit experience

Preferred

• Experience in cybersecurity, technology resilience, operational resilience, infrastructure modernization, technology currency, or risk management programs.
• Familiarity with application security, infrastructure security, backup and recovery controls, vendor risk management, or regulatory remediation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance practices related to technology operations and resiliency.
• Advanced experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
