Overview
Intern will support database management, working primarily with the Registrar and Marketing teams. Successfully tracking executive program participants relies on a logically organized, up-to-date database. Support will include data hygiene: reconciling duplicate records, updating contact information, and removing irrelevant records.
Essential Duties:
1. Identify, investigate, and remedy inconsistencies in participant records.
2. Work with Registrar to implement and document an intuitive data hierarchy: including, naming conventions and standardization of reportable data.
3. With direction from teams, create process documentation, edit presentation decks and support onsite programming as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities
1. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft products.
2. Attention to detail; takes pride in producing polished materials.
3. Ability to clearly communicate and articulate data inconsistencies with recommendations on solution.
4. Superior interpersonal skills to interact effectively and represent the school well with participants, faculty and administrators; Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
5. A team player that works well with other members of the staff; A leader with a positive and can-do attitude that supports the mission of the school; Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Previous exposure to database software.
