Responsibilities

Job Purpose

 

This position is responsible for managing financial analysis and valuation and providing transaction execution and support for a specific geographic region of Pattern’s operating asset fleet. 

 

Manage development and maintenance of a suite of asset tracking and reporting tools while potentially overseeing analyst/associate resources. Oversee operating asset financial reporting. Oversee certain asset compliance obligations. Develop and deliver internal and external presentations about asset performance and optimization opportunities. Help manage the cross-functional team responsible for strategic evaluation and decision-making for a portfolio of operating assets. On financing and asset restructuring transactions, the Manger will lead or support many aspects of the transactions (due diligence, consultants, internal team coordination, third party relationships, transaction documentation and negotiation).

 

Key Accountabilities

• Oversight of operating asset financial models
• Oversight of asset financial performance, reporting, compliance
• Cross-functional team management and coordination
• Transaction commercial leadership and financial support to manage: term conversion activities, project re-financings and asset optimizations including PPA renegotiation, re-powers, tax equity buyouts, etc.
• Maintain external financing and partner relationships

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

• 5 to 8 years relevant work experience, including asset valuation and modelling, project management.
• Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant financial and structuring techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and independent work ethic are essential.
• Ability to think strategically about markets and asset value optimization.
• Experienced across a broad spectrum of corporate financial decision making

 

The expected starting pay range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
