Salary $120.000 

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Embryologist to join a brand-new IVF laboratory within a privately physician-owned fertility clinic. 

This is the second lab to open within a group of three, physician owned IVF clinic in the LA area. As one of the laboratory's first team members, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused IVF service from its early stages.

The successful candidate will perform a broad range of IVF laboratory procedures, including ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, biopsy and quality assurance.

You will collaborate closely with the senior embryology team, physicians, and nursing staff to support excellent laboratory and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant biological or life science
• Hands-on experience within a clinical IVF laboratory
• Experience performing key embryology procedures with accuracy and consistency
• Eligibility for, or current certification through, the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB), such as the Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS) credential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a developing, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
