Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice
Pay: $60.00 – $67.00 per hour
Schedule: Part time, weekends
Coverage Area: Alameda County, Santa Clara County, Peninsula

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Care team!
What You’ll Do
As a Hospice RN, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care while educating patients and families. You’ll serve as a case manager and ensure quality, compassionate care in the home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete initial and ongoing patient and family assessments
Develop and revise individualized hospice care plans
Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate and counsel patients and families on hospice care
Coordinate care for your assigned caseload
What We’re Looking For
Active CA RN License
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health experience preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle in good condition
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
