Description
CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a full-time Maintenance and Reliability Engineer for a global manufacturing company located in Ohio. We are seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team for a heavy manufacturing plant with 400 plus employees onsite. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and availability of plant equipment, contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, and enhancing operational efficiency.
The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer should have knowledge of the following:
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance Programs
- Critical Equipment Management Programs
- Familiarity with FMEA’s & Root Cause Analysis
