To provide customers of the company with the high standards of service the company’s reputation has been built upon, by effecting the efficient delivery of company goods and services, as, when and where required.  To ensure the image of the company is upheld through their appearance as well as that of their vehicle in addition to their personal conduct at all times.

Nature and Scope

The job holder is the Driver. In this job, the Driver operates the vehicle costing 200000USD and makes round trips with around 8-10 drops per day. The driving mileage would be averagely 4000-5000km.

本岗位的名称为司机。在该岗位上，司机操作价值200000USD的车辆，每天送8-10家客户，每月的驾驶公里数约5000-6000公里。

Before the trip starts, the Driver need to download and print out the trip information by PDT and follow the instruction from the centralized schedulers. Once out of the terminal, the Driver need to report any abnormal situation including tanker problem, customer site restriction, volume in-sufficient, traffic, and incident/near miss. After all delivery finished, Driver would load the tanker from ASU plant or Depot tanks.

出车前，司机需要使用手持数据终端(PDT)下载行程信息，根据中央调度室指令进行送货。一旦离开配送中心，司机需要随时汇报任何异常情况，包括槽车，客户现场，货不足，交通堵塞，事故及隐患等等，当所有送货任务结束后，司机需要在工厂或配送中心将槽车装满货。

In this job, safety is the most important factor. The assessment for the Driver including Vehicle Accident Frequency Rate (VAFR), Lost Time Incident (LTI), number of incident and loss of the incident.

在这个岗位上，安全是最重要的因素，对司机的评估包括车辆事故率(VAFR)，失工时工伤(LTI)，事故率和事故损失等等。

As the doorkeeper of the business working with the customers most closely and frequently, the Driver represent the image of the company. So the Driver should bring customer best experience and disciplined operation.

作为与客户接触最近最频繁的人员，司机代表的是公司的形象，所以司机应该给予客户最好的服务体验和规范的操作

Drivers are expected to consistently enforce company standards for driving and delivery to reduce transportation costs while keeping customers satisfied.

司机要始终如一的执行公司标准进行驾驶和送货，降低运输成本，同时要让客户满意。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

主要职责

1, To follow the procedures as defined in Distribution Manual.

严格遵守司机手册要求。

2, To safeguard company and customers’ property assigned to them, or utilized in the course of their duties and report loss or defects immediately to the company.

保护公司和客户财产，或在职责范围内使用的财产，任何时候第一时间汇报损失和缺陷。

3, Comply with health and safety laws and all relevant laws regarding the driving of commercial vehicles with or without hazardous substances. Take precautions to safeguard the company's operations in compliance with safety standards and laws.

遵守健康和安全法以及所有关于驾驶装载危险物质或不装载危险物质的商业车辆的相关法律。 采取预防措施，以保障公司的经营遵守安全标准和法律。

4, Support the operation of other areas when necessary, such as when employees in other areas are on vacation or sick leave.

必要时支持其他区域运行，例如其他区域员工有休假或病假等。

5, To repair customer installation as requested by an appropriate authority.

在公司授权情况下可对客户站进行简单维修。

6, To operate a forklift truck when instructed to by an appropriate authority.

在公司授权和本人持证情况下可操作叉车。

7, Input delivery information into the PDT or computer.

在手持掌上电脑上输入送货信息。

8, Complete all paperwork such as trip report, installation checklist and vehicle inspection checklist.

按照公司要求标准完成所有书面报告，包括行程报告、车辆检查表、充装前检查表等等。

9, To report any competitive activity and information to the company as soon as possible.

及时汇报竞争对手的行为和信息。

10, Summarize and organize relevant service information in the workplace.

在工作中总结和整理相关服务信息。

11, Proactively recommend the company's products and services to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

工作要求

B2 and above driver's license.

B2及以上驾照。

Good defensive driving skill and employed as commercial vehicle drivers no less than 5 years.

良好的防御驾驶技能，不低于5年的职业驾驶经历。

The other criteria listed in drivers handbook—Selection and qualification.

满足司机手册的选择和认证条件。

Service oriented or good communication skill.

良好的沟通技巧，一切以服务为出发点。

Have strong experience to understand the road in downtown area and can optimize route by themselves.

有很强的经验，对路况熟悉，善于优化路线。

Knowledge of low temperature is desirable.

有低温知识最佳。

Junior high school or above.

初中及以上学历。
