Senior OpenText ECM Consultant

Requirements:

• OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM experience 
• Configuration of workspaces, folders, categories, attributes and metadata 
• Permissions and role-based access model 
• Document lifecycle, versioning and audit trail 
• Search configuration and findability principles 
• Workflow design and configuration 
• Migration preparation: mapping, cleansing, validation and test migration 
• Integration understanding with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, email and file shares 
• Understanding of records management, retention and compliance requirements 
• Ability to translate business requirements into Content Server configuration

Nice to have:

• OpenText Extended ECM for SAP or other ERP systems 
• OpenText Archive Center / Records Management 
• OpenText Directory Services / OTDS and SSO 
• OpenText WebReports 
• OpenText REST API / integrations 
• OpenText AppWorks or workflow automation 
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 environments 
• Experience with information security standards and access governance 
• Experience from industrial, mining, manufacturing or engineering environments

• Lead discovery and design workshops 
• Recommend best-practice OTCM design 
• Identify risks early 
• Define solution options and consequences 
• Produce implementation-ready requirements 
• Support or lead configuration 
• Guide junior consultants 
• Communicate confidently with customer stakeholder
