Oversee project management activity across multiple priorities, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum on complex account work.
Act as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, helping to manage expectations, relationships, and communication across the account lifecycle.
Provides support on broker-related activities, including analysis and coordination of renewal information, documentation, submissions, and follow-up actions.
Contribute to the smooth execution of renewal, placement, and servicing processes by coordinating inputs, managing dependencies, and following through on actions.
Work closely with client teams, brokers, carriers, and internal specialists to support the delivery of tailored solutions for complex client needs.
Support clients with the analysis of technical accounts and manage service delivery flows through the complex programme structures, ensuring client instructions and market actions are executed with precision and within agreed timelines.
Monitor account servicing requirements and ensure operational tasks, transactional flows, and service commitments are completed to a high standard.
Support issue resolution and escalation management, helping to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain service continuity.
Maintain strong awareness of client priorities, service standards, and account-specific requirements to ensure a consistent and responsive client experience.
Build effective working relationships across client-facing and internal teams, acting as a trusted partner in the delivery of complex accounts.
Help drive continuous improvement in service processes, documentation, and account management practices.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, status tracking, and administrative discipline across all client and market-facing activities.
What you need to have:
Previous experience within commercial insurance, reinsurance, broking, underwriting, or a related insurance environment.
Project management / coordination experience
Complex Client Account management
