Emerald Zebra is a boutique specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy in Limassol. We place tech, product and leadership talent into FinTech, FX/CFD, crypto, payments and iGaming companies across Cyprus, Dubai and beyond. Our tech desk is busy and we need an experienced agency recruiter to run it with us.

The role

• Deliver on live tech mandates from day one: developers, DevOps and SysAdmin, application and trading support, data and AI roles
• Own the full process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview management, offer and onboarding
• Headhunt directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS, not post and pray
• Build your own client relationships over time under the Emerald Zebra name

What you bring

• 3+ years as a tech recruiter in an agency, with a placement record you can evidence
• Proven billings: we will ask for your numbers and your placement log
• Experience placing technical talent, ideally into FinTech, trading technology or iGaming
• Strong direct sourcing skills and the judgement to assess a CV against a brief, not against keywords
• Fluent English, clear written communication, and the discipline to keep an ATS clean
• The right to live and work in Cyprus

• Competitive base plus uncapped commission, realistic OTE €50,000 to €100,000 for a proven biller
