Beutler is part of a national leader providing plumbing and HVAC products and services to our customers. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Dispatcher to join our team.

 

Schedule: Availability to work a shift that falls between the hours of 7am-8pm depending on need. Overtime available, Holiday pay as well!

Responsibilities

• Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
• Outbound dialing to ensure we fill the board
• Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently
• Answer customer calls within a busy office and enter customer data into the computer
• Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
• Availability to work a shift that falls between the hours of 7am-8pm depending on need. Overtime available, Holiday pay as well!
• Call Center experience
• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher or in customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the local geographic territory
• Must pass background check and drug screening
