- Supporting operational teams by resolving member and consumer data queries and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, systems and processes, taking ownership of related initiatives and improvements.
- Acting as a Business Analyst for operational change activities, including process governance, process mapping, business, systems and data analysis.
- Collaborating across Cifas to provide subject matter expertise on projects and change initiatives, promote a consistent approach to reporting, and represent the organisation at external meetings and industry events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree level education or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interrogate data, statistics and business requirements to identify insights and opportunities.
- Experience using SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and advanced Excel to extract, analyse and present data effectively.
- The ability to translate complex information into clear, meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience of driving process, system and data improvements, with knowledge of process mapping, business analysis and systems analysis desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, challenge constructively and communicate effectively at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, fraud systems and fraud prevention technology would be advantageous.
